AN ORDINANCE approving the application of Gusa Sports Complex, represented by Engr. Alfonso Y. Lim, Owner, to hold a Three-(3) day Five-Cock Derby on October 17, 18 & 19, 2006 at the said complex, this City, from 10:00 A.M. up to 4:00 A.M. of the following day or beyond, subject to the approval and determination of the extension time by the City Mayor
