AN ordinance authorizing the City Mayor to enter into a Lease Contract with Mrs. Emma Teresa F. Uy, covering the lease of a 3-square meter space at the right portion of the arrival area of the Westbound PUJ Terminal in Bulua for use as take home counter, under the terms and conditions stipulated in the proposed lease contract submitted to this Body
