AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P23,889.00 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2006 Annual Budget to be made available for the full payment of the claim for just compensation including registration and documentation expenses of lot owned by Ms. Fe E. Rodriguez, which was affected by the Westbound Terminal & Market Access Road, Kauswagan, this city; and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof; and repealing Ordinance No. 9915-2005
