AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City Mayor to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Gawad Kalinga Community Development Foundation, Inc. (GKCDFI), represented by its Executive Director, Mr. Jose Luis Oquinena, covering the implementation of socialized housing project at the City’s Resettlement Area in Barangay Camaman-an, this City, for the relocation of the victims of Typhoon Sendong who are informal settlers and do not have the capability to pay and build their respective homes, under the terms and conditions specified in the proposed MOA submitted to this Body 2/7/2012
