AN ORDINANCE reverting the sum of P9,374.51 from the item “Personal Services – Overtime Pay” in the 2002 Annual Budget of the City Treasurer’s Office, and reappropriating the same to cover payment of honoraria of the representatives from the Commission on Elections, who rendered services in the opening of ballot boxes used in the 1995 National and Local Elections
