RESOLUTION requesting all the barangays in the City, through the Association of Barangay Councils, to furnish the City Council with copies of their Barangay Development Programs for 2016 and/or their Priority Projects FOR 2016 requiring funding from the city government which they have earlier submitted to the City Development Council, for use as reference during the deliberations of the city’s 20% Development Fund AND/OR ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN FOR 2016
