AN ORDINANCE granting one (1) grade salary increase (from SG 26 to SG 27) to Dr. Evelyn C. Perez, City Government Department Head II (Chief of Hospital) of the JR Borja General Hospital, this City, whose compulsory retirement took effect last May 11, 2017, pursuant to Section 2, Article 13 of R.A. 7305, otherwise known as the Magna Carta of Public Health Workers; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P21,631.50 from the “Current Appropriation: Personal Savings of the vacant position under Item No. 108 (Nurse V) for the period January 1-17, 2017” of the said hospital to be made available for the payment of her salary differential therefor
