Tan, Vice President for Operation, for alteration of plan of Lumbia Heights Phase 3 project, located at Barangay Lumbia, this City, so as to correct the total project area from 52,279.67 square meters to 52,082.67 square meters; and likewise to change the name of said subdivision from Lumbia Heights Phase 3 to Westgate Highland Phase 3; and for this purpose, amending Ordinance No. 12565-2013
