RESOLUTION returning to the Barangay Council of Barangay Bugo, this City, its Ordinance No. 004-2016, series of 2016, entitled: “An Ordinance appropriating the amount of P29,500.00 or so much thereof as may be necessary as Relief Assistance to the fire victims at the Miro Compound, Greymar Subd., Zone 2, Bugo, Cagayan de Oro City, funds shall be taken from the approved 2016 Budget under Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund – Quick Response Fund, subject to all laws and auditing rules and procedures”, with the information that said ordinance is in order and therefore the same may be given force and effect as of the date fixed for its effectivity
