AN ORDINANCE accepting the offer of the Homeowners Association of Villa Nena Phase II, Barangay Balulang, this city, to turnover to the city the lighting facilities of the two parallel streets and basketball court thereof, in accordance with subdivision laws and rules; and for this purpose, authorizing the City Mayor to sign the Deed of Donation therefor executed by said association in favor of the city
