AN ORDINANCE Appropriating the sum of P105,478.83 from the item “Personal Services-Salary Savings” of the item nos. 1, 3 (January 1-31, 2013) and item no. 86 (January 1-8, 2013) in the 2013 Annual Budget of the J.R. Borja General Hospital, this City, to be made available for the payment of the terminal leave benefits of Dr. Murshida Alonto-Panolong (P53,811.11) and Ms. Lindy Maquiling (P51,667.72), former Medical Officer III and Pharmacist II, respectively, of said hospital
