AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P272,453.00 from the Lumpsum Appropriation of the item “Terminal Leave earmarked for Vincent O. Tero, M.D., City Health Officer II, City Health Office” in the 2002 Annual Budget to be made available as payment of the Terminal Leave of Mr. Florentino Seriña, former Sanitary Inspector III of the said office
