An ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P379,723.00 from the item “Land Expropriation 1997 (Continuing Allotment)” to be made available for the full payment of the balance of just compensation including registration expenses of the lot owned by Socor Construction and Development Corporation, in the amount of P740,923.00, which was affected by the opening and concreting of J.R. Borja Road Extension, this city; and for this purpose, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR TO SIGN THE DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE THEREOF; and modifying Ordinance No. 6727-98
